Te tūranga | The role:


We have an awesome opportunity for a Customer Specialist star to join the friendly team within our Advice Centre based in Broadway.

As a Customer Specialist, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from Customers.

ASB offers innovative online offerings and you will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them.


This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week, on a fixed roster including weekends working e.g. Tuesdays to Saturdays or Wednesdays to Sundays. Due to customer requirements, we are seeking someone who can communicate fluently in Mandarin.

We are looking for people who can build relationships, learn fast and respond quickly, and are passionate about providing memorable customer experiences.
