Container Despatcher

We are looking for 2 x day and Night shift Container Dispatchers. This is a full-time permanent position based in Auckland with a minimum guarantee of 30 hours per week. As a Container Dispatcher your core role is to Dispatch container work to our fleet of experienced drivers, along with performing general administrative tasks. As a GR SAINI TRANSPORT LIMITED Container Dispatcher, you must be very Focused towards Customer duties including accurately recording and tracking calls from customers, suppliers, and drivers, utilizing eff ective communication and leadership in building efficient dispatch runs for the Containers Fleet of GR SAINI TRANSPORT LIMITED, performing all data entry duties in an accurate and efficient manner.

**_ Skills Needed_**
- No Experience required,full training will be provided as long as you are computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and professionally with people from different backgrounds and roles.
- Excellent organization and time management skills and the ability to multi-task and remain calm underpressure.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills (for example able to read and comprehend business rules and policies, able to calculate hours to ensure maximum load weight and measurement restrictions are not exceeded.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Computer experience, and strong keyboard/data entry skills are essential
- Own transport is required as to travel between sites may be required.
- Strong Leadership skills
- Flexibility in hours required
- Advanced ability for using technology and optimizing systems
- Excellent communication skills
- A Class 5 license and DG licence are preferred, although not essential.

Flexibility to travel around the New Zealand for work if necessary. (Christchurch area)
