Support the team across New Zealand using your excellent administration, data management, and customer service experience.

**Mō tēnei tūranga - About the role**:
Working in a team of two administrators, the Fleet and Information Officer will prioritise and delegate workflow within the team, while managing their own tasks. This will include ordering lease vehicles, fuel cards and road user charge licences, managing vehicle annual licencing, processing purchase orders and invoices and keeping our fleet records up to date. You will build relationships across the organisation and be part of the team supporting all drivers and vehicles within Fire and Emergency.

**Ko tāu nā i tēnei tūranga - What you’ll bring to the role**:
Bring your passion for providing excellent service to stakeholders. You will be comfortable working with numbers, processes and spreadsheets to manage finances and keep accurate and up to date information systems. Your continuous improvement mindset will be an advantage to add value to our current systems. Experience using an asset database is an advantage.

**To be successful in this role, we’d expect you will have**:

- Proven experience managing a busy workload
- Good IT skills including the Microsoft Suite
- Basic data management using Excel spreadsheets to analyse and produce reports
- A proactive, organised, and self-driven attitude
- A great customer focus
