Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

We are looking for a Programme Coordinator who will provide administrative support to the Director and Commercial Products team, as well as coordination, project / programme management, and administrative support for programmes (e.g. KiwiBuild) and projects that originate from the Commercial Products team and other teams as required. This will require you to have a good understanding of the interdependencies of programmes, projects or work streams in order to be able to manage the needs, expectations, and at times, competing priorities of a wide variety of stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, has plenty of energy, enthusiasm, and great coordination skills to take ownership of this position.

- Experience in providing coordination support for large and/or complex projects and/or programmes.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in prioritising demands, meeting deadlines and delivering desired results by taking ownership, using effective self and time management approaches and paying attention to detail.
- The ability and desire to collaborate and work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely convey information and ideas in both oral and written communication.
- Strong capability in Microsoft Windows environment.
- Demonstrable numeracy skills.
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach and an ability to work with a minimum of supervision on a day to day basis.
- Initiative and sound judgement.
