**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As the Office Administrator/Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office on a day-to-day basis. You will play a key role in supporting the management team and the wider business, assisting with a range of administrative tasks. This varied and challenging role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team**.**
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reception:
- Greet visitors and assist with their needs.
- Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Provide a high level of customer service in all dealings with clients and external parties.
- Office Administration:
- Assist with new employees' first day with the company.
- Procurement of equipment for new employees (laptop, phone).
- Arrange onboarding sessions, and induction packs for new employees.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the wider team as required.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar receptionist/administrative role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
