Wellington City, New Zealand HAYS Full time

Seeking a case manager to join a dispute resolution and administration team in Wellington - public sector

**Your new company**
This Government organisation is a leader in the public service, with a focus on policies and partnerships that grow opportunities for New Zealand's future development. They are seeking an experienced case manager to join their dispute resolution team and provide administrative support to the Assessment Board.

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for managing the process of disputes, from initial submission through to resolution, and supporting the Assessment Board with the administration of this process.

This will include, but is not limited to:

- Organise meetings and appointments for case hearings
- Organise travel and accommodation for Board members as required
- Managing internal and external relationships at varying levels of seniority
- Minute-taking and distribution

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have experience in case management, with attention to detail and strong organisation skills. You will need to be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Outlook. Working knowledge of Excel would also be beneficial. Confidence in relationship management would also serve you well in this position, especially from a customer service or administration environment.

You will also have to be able to accommodate some nation-wide travel occasionally. This may be outside of normal work hours but will not require you to be away over weekends, and all trips will be planned at least a month in advance.

**What you'll get in return**
This position offers flexible working arrangements, with a standard 2 days from home per week and some additional flexibility as needed (appointments, illnesses etc.). This is also a great opportunity to join a large public sector organisation, with lots of potential for professional development and internal progression.

If you're a case manager looking to make the move into administration, this opportunity offers the chance to develop your skills in meeting arrangements and travel booking, which is hugely beneficial for any future position in business support.

**What you need to do now**
