Auckland City, New Zealand FRL Divisional Support Full time

**About Us**

As one of the country’s leading residential developers and builders, the Fletcher Residential and Land Development Division is an integral part of the Fletcher Building family.

For over 113 years we have proudly built more than just homes, but places designed to nurture living in all its beauty, richness, and variety. We create neighbourhoods complete with parks, shops, and playgrounds. Neighbourhoods that are well connected to schools, businesses, and transport.

If we could have it our way, people would talk a little bit less about housing and a bit more about living. That's because we believe the Kiwi dream is bigger than a quarter acre.

It takes hard work to make living this easy, but we love doing it.

**Why Join Us?**

Our Community and Stakeholder Engagement team plays a key role in helping us deliver on our ongoing commitment to deliver long-lasting, meaningful stakeholder and Iwi relations and establish strong, positive ties within local communities.

With many exciting master planned projects on the go in locations across Tāmaki Makaurau, our vision is to grow successful and thriving communities that our customers, project partners and stakeholders are proud of.

**The Role**

As Community Engagement and Placemaking Lead reporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will work in partnership with our Land Development, Apartment and Branch teams to create community engagement programmes and high-impact place-making solutions that bring our communities to life

- Help grow a digital engagement framework and manage communications for community, digital channels, and media
- Collect and analyse community engagement data, provide relevant analysis and recommendations on activities
- Report on emerging trends, industry benchmarks, regulatory changes

**About You**

You will be a passionate and well-networked person with proven experience in leading relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Ideally you will have:

- a track record of success in community relations, placemaking, iwi and Māori engagement, communications, or a related field
- experience in developing and delivering community engagement strategies and collaborative work programmes or events, preferably in a complex, technical environment (development industry preferred)
