**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

This is a full time, 12 month fixed term position.

We sat down with our Senior Remediation Manager - Analytics, who let us know the following about the role:
**What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?**
- Develop remediation approaches.
- Develop reusable data assets utilising SAS/SQL
- Feedback on process improvements.
- Manage stakeholders.
- Interact with, and take on feedback from senior analysts.

**What is the team culture and environment like?**

We work in a relaxed and understanding environment where everyone is given their own autonomy working towards timelines unique to that remediation. You will be joining a cohesive team - I enjoy interacting with them both from a working and personal level.

**What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity?**

**What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?**

Willingness to communicate, logical and open to adjusting viewpoints based on feedback. To be successful in the role we require open communication with myself, with the team and with stakeholders and providing valuable insights into current processes.

**What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?**

This is unique and varied work, which is continuously changing. Ability to develop reusable data assets for the use of the wider team.
