Description

As an experienced Information Security and Compliance Analyst, you'll be familiar with ensuring security controls are operating effectively and in accordance with relevant regulatory and industry best practices. You'll be using your experience to identify, report and act upon audit and compliance risks, directing and co-ordinating the response with other groups, to mitigate any threats.

This is a key role in our Application Security Team, which is responsible for assisting the teams across Vista Group in building and operating secure software. Our goal is to accomplish this by providing guidance, training, tooling, and direct assistance to advance the security posture of the organisation and build security measures into the day-to-day operations of our teams.

About the role

Develop, implement and maintain robust information security policies and procedures to uphold compliance with security frameworks, regulations and internal standards
Collaborate with Group Risk and other teams to attain and uphold SOC2 certification
Agree risk and audit remediation actions plans with appropriate owners ensuring mitigation is completed on time
Conduct assessments to evaluate compliance with Vista Group’s Information Security policies, procedures and controls
Conduct thorough risk assessments and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats to Vista Group’s information security
Develop and manage training and awareness initiatives for our people on cyber and information security
Assist with the collation of stakeholder input for the Cyber Security Report
Stay up to date with the latest information security trends as relevant to the role and risk environment

**Requirements**:
About you

4+ years’ experience in Information Security
An understanding of best practice surrounding Information Security principles and risk management
Sound knowledge of and experience in SOC2, PCI DSS or PCI SSF
Knowledge of relevant local and international legislation e.g. GDPR
Experience in writing policy and procedure documentation
Formal certification in Information Security, Risk Management or related discipline would be helpful
Analytical and logical at problem solver
Convey confidence and professionalism when engaging with stakeholders, influence positively and able to persuade others to take a specific course of action when not in a position of authority
Strong time management skills
Ability to translate complex information or challenges into appropriate forms for dissemination or action
Ability to work on several tasks or projects simultaneously, prioritising and following through to successful resolution
