- Established over 50 years ago, The Asthma and Respiratory Foundation NZ (ARFNZ) is New Zealand’s not-for-profit sector authority on all respiratory conditions, representing the interests of the 700,000 New Zealanders living with respiratory disease._
- ARFNZ’s purpose is to lead respiratory health knowledge through research, education, and advocacy, with the goal to reduce respiratory-related hospitalisations, and improve respiratory health outcomes for all._

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for providing high-level frontline reception, office administration and coordination support to the Chief Executive, Board and the wider team to ensure that the office functions effectively as well as delivering a range of personalised donor engagement and recognition activities.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Acting as the first point of contact for all donors, supporters and visitors
- Monitoring three general inboxes, triaging enquiries to the right personnel where required
- Preparing donation tax receipts
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective donors and supporters
- Providing office/facilities administration: ordering office supplies, mail/courier, filing, photocopying, preparing documents, contractor/building management liaison
- Arranging teams/board meetings (via Zoom and in-person)
- Collating and distribution of Board agenda, papers and reports
- Arranging travel and accommodation for staff and Board members
- Performing accurate data input and extraction for data analysis and reporting

**Person Profile**:

- Experience in office administration, team coordination, business support, donor/member support, or similar role
- A commitment to delivering customer service excellence
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship building capabilities
- Proactive, organised with good time management and prioritisation skills
- Have a positive, friendly and dependable can-do attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team
- Keen and able to learn and pick up new processes and systems easily
- Understanding and towards the mission and values of ARFNZ
- Knowledge/experience in fundraising would be desirable but not essential
