This role is responsible for managing the introduction into service of allocated projects, ensuring all facets of inventory management are completed. The role is also responsible for managing all documentation and coordination, and on occasion, analysis for acquisition of materiel capability for allocated projects.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Creation and maintenance of finance and logistics management records to support key projects.
- Research, sourcing, and analysis of the technical and functional data required to produce documentation to support the Introduction into Service (IIS) of new capital equipment.
- Creation and management of technical data on SAP Master Data, Bill of Material and codification in relation to capital projects.
- Data and Master Data / Document Controller (MDDC) actions.
- Creation and management of records within NZDF's database.
- Financial reporting in support of capital projects, coordination of assets capitalisation and supporting project purchase decision-making.

This role is based in Trentham. Due to the nature of this role, there is no work from home options available.

**Additionally, you will also possess**:

- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Ensuring continuous improvement of all relevant processes.
- Financial reporting and administration skills (desired).
- Exposure or working knowledge of data and document control (BOMs, codification, inventory) is highly desired and advantageous.
- Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent systems (advantageous).
- Competency and confidence using Microsoft Office suite particularly SharePoint.

This role requires occasional domestic travel. For this reason you will be required to have a Class 1 Full Driver's Licence.
