**HR Administrator**

**Support Office (based in East Tamaki) - 9 Months Fixed Term**
- Seeking an HR Administrator with exceptional organisational & communication skills to support our dynamic HR team_

**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced, agile HR Administrator with a positive and customer-centric approach to take the reins and provide great HR support while our current team member is on maternity leave. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality HR administration support to the "ELF Group" combining AB Equipment Limited and the Speirs Finance Group.

In this fast-paced role, a typical day will involve you preparing and processing employment contracts and alterations, posting job vacancies, responding to queries, updating org charts, preparing inductions & reviews, and coordinating welcome packs, alongside various other HR projects and initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing HR administration & recruitment support to leaders of the organisation
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation & maintaining accurate employee records
- Assisting with HR programmes & initiatives
- Supporting the team to deliver top-notch customer service

**Skills & experience**
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role
- Have a good understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment legislation
- Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Attention to detail with excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Positive personality with a real "can do" attitude & exceptional customer-centric attitude/approach
