We are seeking experienced contract Change Analysts who has worked within large government software rollout projects. You will be joining an established project team to assist with the business change which underpins the Microsoft 365 rollout across the organisation. With two contracts available, one shorter term until end of June, the other through until end of the year.

Core Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to support the development of change plans and strategies.
- Collaborating and communicating with stakeholders through various channels to ensure successful change delivery.
- Creating clear reporting artifacts that highlight key change delivery information and enable decision making.
- Identifying change risks and issues with key stakeholders, and facilitating suitable mitigation or management strategies.
- Tracking progress against change plans, identifying barriers to delivery, and executing and following-up on any required actions to address them.

About You
- Prior experience working as a contract change analyst within the New Zealand public sector
- Have contribute to the change underpinning the rollout out of the Microsoft 365 suite
- Developed Change-related deliverables for a project
