We are seeking an experienced contract Change Analyst who has significant Sharepoint experience to join a large-scale Government organisation.

As part of a transition to M365 across the organisation, they have started to rollout training to some of their business units specifically around SharePoint to uplift their capability and confidence in using it.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Deliver training and workshop facilitation to business units still to receive training.
- Work closely with a comms specialist and learning & development lead to engage with stakeholders through a broad range of channels.
- Track and monitor progress of adoption and usage of M365 tools and SharePoint.
- Use tools and tactics to ensure customers and user groups are successfully engaged and able to adapt to new ways of working.
- Support project transition activities and conduct post implementation reviews.
- Support the development of change plans and strategies.

**The skills and experience we need you to bring**:

- In-depth knowledge of M365 tools and SharePoint.
- Strong training and workshop facilitation experience.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders through a broad range of channels.
- Ability to track and monitor progress and use tools and tactics to ensure successful adoption and usage of new systems.
- Support project transition activities and conduct post implementation reviews.
- Support the development of change plans and strategies.
