**The details**:Fixed Term Part time - 32 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 2pm, and Fridays 7:30am till 3:30pm
- This position is responsible for offering reception and administrative responsibilities to the team in a very busy environment. The successful applicant must be methodical in approach, highly organised, flexible, and have a desire to be a supportive team member and have excellent customer service skills.

**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the ward. Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative responsibilities, welcome and greet patient and visitors who visit the ward. Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence.
- Key responsibilities of the role:

- Maintain high standards of customer focus at all times.
- Accurate verification, checking and recording of client/patient information/virtual boarding.
- Completes receptionist responsibilities for waitlists, reminders, admissions, referrals, appointments and discharges
- Accurate establishment and filing of clinical records.
- Entering information into databases accurately and real time, and in accordance with relevant patient information systems guidelines.
