Cyber & Information Security Analyst

Join ANZCO Foods as a Cyber & Information Security Analyst, this 1-year fixed term position reports to our Head of Technology based at our Head office in Christchurch.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Being a thought leader for cyber & information security management at ANZCO
- Manage the ongoing cyber & information security user awareness training campaign
- Contribute to the establishment and implementation of ANZCO's cyber & information security strategy and strategic initiatives
- Working with all functions of our Technology team to implement ANZCO's strategic security initiatives
- Implementing and maintaining adherence to ANZCO's cyber & information security policies and standards across Technology and ANZCO's business.
- Monitoring of key indicators of compromise like network traffic, patching levels and Microsoft Secure Score
- Working with the Technology team to identify, assess, prioritise and remediate risks in ANZCO's current practices and processes
- Continuously evaluating the cyber and information security threat landscape to adjust initiatives based on risk assessment
- Actively taking part in the response to cyber & data breaches and their assessment and remediation
- Providing reporting to the Data and Security Governance Group (DGG), and be a key member of the Security Working Group (SWG)
- Participate in internal and external cyber & information security audits identifying vulnerabilities to recommend and implement improvements
- Leverage enterprise information security tools to create and maintain information sensitivity classifications
**Skills and Experience we are looking for**:
- A minimum of 4 years working in a similar role with a major company, or more than 5 years in an IT technical role with demonstrated responsibilities for cyber & information security
- Experience working with enterprise information security toolsets
- Knowledge of modern cyber security practices and technologies including firewalls, web filtering, endpoint protection, SIEM, vulnerability scanning and reporting.
- Experience designing, creating and administering DLP policies
- Experience with IT Systems that interface with Plant Equipment
- Strong understanding of best-practice enterprise cyber & information security practices
- Formal qualifications like CySA+ or CISSP preferred
- Comfortable being a thought leader, being innovative and leading change
- Comfortable working directly with business SME's and data owners/stewards
- Experience with MS & MS Azure information security related products and services
