**THIS OPPORTUNITY**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented junior Project Executive to join the Customer and Channel Performance team. Your responsibilities will cover all aspects of experience management, with a focus on Voice of the Customer and Channel Performance (Mystery shopping and retail audit project co-ordination).
The Project Executive (PE) works closely with Research Directors and Service Line leads to ensure projects are delivered on time and to agreed specifications, as well as with clients directly to understand their requirements so appropriate solutions can be designed and implemented.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- End to end coordination of assigned projects - initial project set up and maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Resolve any queries or issues to ensure there is no - or mínimal - client impact.
- Conduct data collection activities, reviewing questionnaires, preparing stimulus material and administering surveys.
- Execute and proactively monitor programs while maintaining open feedback with Operations and Research Managers on progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, data, and findings.
- Database management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Operations, technology, CX advisory and more traditional researchers to ensure seamless customer experience and alignment.
- Assist the team in analysing and charting the data for business review presentations Assist in preparing content for reports and presentations.
**YOUR PROFILE**
To be successful in this role, we are looking for;
- Previous hands-on project management experience or equivalent degree.
- Ability to build rapport with and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills.
- Consultative in nature, ensuring you listen and understand before making recommendations.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Curiosity, and ability to see the bigger picture. Experience working with platforms such as Medallia or Qualtrics is not essential but would be considered advantageous
