We have an exciting opportunity for an E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Manager E-Commerce and CSC. This role will see you manage sales, performance and development of online channels including focusing on growing the e-commerce sales, maintaining the technology and infrastructure of the website, management of third-party suppliers, whilst driving best online shopping experience for our customers.

This role is an excellent opportunity to join a global business that values your career progression, offering coaching and support. As a key collaborative position, the E-commerce Executive will work closely with Digital/IS and Marketing Teams on website performance improvements.

Your impact:

- Own the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of online sales channels
- Lead Omni-channel promotions and offers through the website
- Manage and enhance coupon codes and mechanics
- Support programs that encourage website repurchase and channel loyalty by lowering customer effort and meeting ever changing customer needs
- Manage the direct relationship, performance, and continuous improvement of third-party service providers
- Define and report on E-commerce KPI’s in a digestible and actionable format to the wider business to highlight performance and priority areas of focus

About you:

- 2-3 years’ experience in marketing
- Undergraduate qualifications in Business/Commerce/Marketing/Digital
- FMCG / Retail or Consumer goods experience is highly advantageous
- Commercially astute and an excellent communicator with the ability to work with cross functional teams (CX, CSC & Supply Chain
- Strong analytical skills
