Our Christchurch-based branch is focused on growth in 2024 and as a result we have a newly created role for a Sales Manager - New Business for our Post Haste and Castle brands to ensure this momentum is maximised and continued for the South Island.

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Leader to take the reins of this leadership role, to drive sales and market expansion to the next level.

Resilient, realistic, and determined, with emotional intelligence in spades, you can galvanise people around you, show them the vision and then inspire and lead them towards it.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will use your new business experience and understanding of the sales process to motivate and lead your new business team to realise their potential and exceed their targets.

A proven track record of motivating and leading successful sales teams

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

The ability to build a winning team culture.

You are charismatic and command attention, you value your team, and you bring a strong set of values to the table. You are the kind of person people want to follow, you’re genuine and can build empathy easily.

This is fast-paced role and not for the faint hearted.
