SICE ANZ is currently embarking on exciting growth and we have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic & results-oriented Records Administrator to join our Technical Training team. This is an initial 6 months contract offer that could be extended based in the Project needs.

The Records Administrator will administer, store and control all files, records and project documentation ensuring it meets the quality standards.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Assess and validate that all documentation meets the project quality standards
- Create and maintain the document control register of current projects
- Facilitate the submission of all project documentation through the specific project software within the time and quality parameters
- Ensure adherence to the established operating procedures during document submissions
- Assist in the creation of procedures to effectively manage project records
- Organize and archive project documents
- Maintain additional project registers and databases as required
- Provide other administration support as required
- Provide support to managers and leaders when required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in document control or similar project support roles
- Excellent command of MS Office, especially MS Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
