**About you**
- To succeed in this role, strong project management skills are critical along with your ability to organise and prioritise work daily. - You will need to be a solid marketing all - rounder with digital confidence and skills, a relevant degree and a few years of experience under your belt.
- You'll have experience creating a range of marketing collateral and be confident working with creatives to deliver compelling brand and promotional content that engages our audiences, especially in the retail space.
- Writing and communications are a big part of this role, so you will need to feel comfortable writing content for different customer segments.

**Core Responsibilities**
- ** Content Development -** In collaboration with the wider marketing team, develop compelling & targeted content for marketing campaigns, including social media, eDM's, blogs, promotional material and brochureware.
- ** Brand Management**:

- Maintain brand consistency and integrity throughout all marketing campaigns, digital touchpoints and in-store.
- ** Show & Store Brand Activation -** Facilitate and organise collateral for events and shows, including POS, posters, silent salesman, pricing, booklets, signage, flags - collaborating with designers and production companies.
- ** Project Management & Invoicing - **Manage multiple projects simultaneously through project management software and daily stand ups. Manage budget administration for the Marketing A&P.
- ** Production Planning & Execution -** Collaborate with external production companies on planning photography and videography shoots, including scouting locations, organizing talent, organizing props and attending shoots. Support with managing delivery of visual content library on **_thl's _**websites.
