The Safe Staffing Healthy Workplaces Unit are in search of two experienced nurses to join the team as a CCDM Programme Consultants. A CCDM Programme Consultant for Nursing (general) and a CCDM Programme Consultant for Mental Health nurse sector.
This is a permanent, remotely based role for you to use your nursing experience and other relevant skills to help achieve safe staffing through the Care Capacity Demand management programme. You will help us deliver on the CCDM programme of work, while contributing to the transformation of healthcare in Aotearoa.

**The successful applicant, will be responsible for**:

- Supporting the CCDM programme for the Mental Health Nursing workforce for the Te Whatu Ora districts
- Supporting the CCDM programme for the Nursing workforce for the Te Whatu Ora districts
- Providing CCDM support to regions, districts, and health unions, through provision of advice, education, and coaching.
- Working alongside the present Programme Consultants and related teams.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
- A registered nurse, with a relevant postgraduate qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years clinical experience in either hospital or community setting
- Capability in managing complex health systems and relationships.
- Working knowledge of the health workforces and professional issues
- Ability to work across disciplines to deliver outcomes from the CCDM programme within a complex operating environment.
- Knowledge and experience of the CCDM programme is an advantage
- Excellent critical thinking, with the ability to identify trends and distil complex information into insight and action.
- Proven ability to facilitate and manage a change process.
