**The Role**
Your key responsibilities in this role will include the collection of overdue customer accounts, act as an interface with the business to manage the debt recovery process to promote the prompt collection of debt to optimise cash flow. Handling the investigation, analysis and recommendation of recovery options, the compilation of all legal documentation and supporting documents for debt recovery. You must have a sound understanding of relevant legislation, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you’ll be a pro-active problem solver with previous experience in credit management or debt collection with an understanding of the legal debt recovery and insolvency processes. You will also be skilful at building effective partnerships in the business and ensuring a win-win outcome for all parties. Your natural ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders across a wide audience combined with the ability to demonstrate initiative and think on your feet will set you apart from the rest.
