The Florence Nightingale Agency has been in business since 1997. Our team of office staff and support workers provide home based support to help people live the way they want to, in the home and in the community.

**What we do and who we are**:
We have a variety of communities who we support with services, and that includes our Flexible Supports Service. We exist to support the communities we serve to have choice and control of their chosen every day lives and the dreams and life long aspirations they have. We do this in a variety of ways e.g., as individualised funding hosts, positive behaviour support coaching, goal navigating coaching. And we have clever tools like our on line budget planner and purchasing platform. But more than all of that, we align with enabling good lives principles and continue on the journey to 'embody' them in all we do.

We are an open, expressive, collegial and decent team of people all working to do and be the best we can in the workplace (for and because of each other and the tāngata whaikaha we support).

**Who we are looking for**:
We are seeking a Manager for this service, based in Christchurch with experience in the sector and credible relationships with the disable community / Whaikaha - Ministry of Disabled People. Someone who speaks with integrity and listens with care. Someone who has experience in leading people, not micro managing. Someone who values and embraces diversity.

**What that person will do**:
This is a day to day operations management role where the key performance indicators include things like:

- knowing what the people we serve need for us to do that well - co designing services
- leading, developing, growing, coaching the team through the existent experienced Client Service Manager
- meeting contractual obligations
- funder reporting
- supporting development into other services we can provide
