**Job specific information**:
We have an exciting role available for an efficient and organised Personal Assistant to support our General Manager and regional leaders in the Southern Region of CCS Disability Action. This is a permanent position and offers a unique blend of personal and executive assistant tasks and responsibilities. This is an ideal opportunity for a role that will contribute to the success of our region. Plus, you can work the role around the hours that suit you - we are willing to consider anything between 30 and 40 hours per week.

This is a key role to ensure the smooth operation of our region by providing quality secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager, Regional Leadership Team, and other staff members.

**About the role**:

- Support the General Manager - Southern region with the administration function including diary management, travel and accommodation, composing correspondence, compiling reports and organising agreed meetings.
- Communicate internal and external to the organisation, fostering positive relationships.
- Assist with creating, collating, and contributing to regional and national reports
- Organise and coordinate regional initiatives to support the region.
- Assist in maintaining consistency between Governance Committees and National Governance members / representatives, including helping to facilitate Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
- Support fellow administrative staff as required, demonstrating leadership and collaborative mindset.

**About you**:

- Excellent communication skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly efficient in the use of use of office programmes such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Prior experience in a service delivery organisation.
- Great time management skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks and work
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of the disability sector is an advantage, but not essential.
