Allied Health Team Leader

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Line management of the Allied Health team within the community base
- Operational support aimed at achieving quality client focused healthcare within the locality
- Clinical leadership to the Allied Health team to allow them to excel in their roles
- Promoting Allied Health clinical delivery that is focused on interdisplinary models and a reablement philosophy

This diverse role will see you developing and promoting the community health services and demonstrating competence in the management of staff and resources. You will have a proven track record of promoting teamwork, service development, and facilitating open communication with staff.

**Essential**:

- Allied Health registration and a current APC with a NZ professional Body
- Minimum 6 years clinical experience in a similar health setting
- Full drivers licence

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in the management of Allied Health professionals
- Successful leadership and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Post-graduate qualifications in relevant clinical/health leadership area
