  • Demonstrate people leadership for optimizing Allied Health professionals' contribution to Specialist Outpatient Services (Diabetes, Sexual Health, TARPS, Dermatology).
  • Collaborate with Service Clinical Directors, Service Lead Clinicians, and Operations Manager for clinical leadership and operational management of Allied Health staff.
  • Drive efficiency, quality improvement, and strategic development in Allied Health services within the organization.


There are approximately 30 Allied Health staff within Specialist Outpatient Services with a wide diversity of roles including; Podiatrists, Dietitian's, Psychologists and the Sexual Health Education Team.
