**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**

This is a permanent, part time (32 hours) role that provides administration support to the wider Allied Professions Leadership Team. This role will be based at Wellington Regional Hospital, though on occasion may be required to support activity at different locations across the district.

This is a pivotal role in supporting the success of the team. This role offers plenty of variety and opportunity to interact with a wide range of allied professions.

Responsibilities include a wide range of administration support functions and administrative responsibility for a number of funding streams managed by the Chief Allied Professions Officer. Administration support functions include maintaining spreadsheets, our intranet site, meeting administration, event planning, procurement and administration associated with online surveys.

**Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team**

This role reports to the Director Allied Professions - Workforce Development and alongside a number of other roles within the Workforce Development Team. This team is part of the wider Allied Professions Leadership Team, responsible for supporting the Chief Allied Professions Officer’s role of providing leadership for Allied Professions across the district. At Te Whatu Ora - Capital, Coast & Hutt Valley there are approximately 1,500 allied professionals from over 40 different Allied Professions.

We are looking for an organised, highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Administrator. Your transferable skills and adaptability will be put to good use when working with and understanding the varied systems and processes.

As this role will support senior leaders who work between sites, you will need to have strong communication skills and be confident in working independently at times.
