**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
- Demonstrate people leadership for optimizing Allied Health professionals' contribution to Specialist Outpatient Services (Diabetes, Sexual Health, TARPS, Dermatology).
- Collaborate with Service Clinical Directors, Service Lead Clinicians, and Operations Manager for clinical leadership and operational management of Allied Health staff.
- Drive efficiency, quality improvement, and strategic development in Allied Health services within the organization.

There are approximately 30 Allied Health staff within Specialist Outpatient Services with a wide diversity of roles including; Podiatrists, Dietitian’s, Psychologists and the Sexual Health Education Team.

You will have substantial clinical experience within a variety of health care team environments with proven ability to motivate and develop individuals and teams. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively lead staff and manage difficult conversations.
