- Liaise with managers and employees as part of the needs analysis to identify trends and opportunities for technology training and improvement for BCITO people
- Design training based on needs identified, ensuring all technology training meets the organisation's "best practice" use and that learners' styles are considered
- Deliver/facilitate quality training, using a mix of formal and informal mediums, ensuring technical concepts are well articulated to non-technical users.

**Ko wai koe | E uiga ia te oe | About you**
- Proven training experience (including knowledge of adult learning styles, and customising material to meet the needs of different target groups)
- A good understanding and use of Microsoft 365 Programs, Salesforce (CRM), and Canvas (LMS) or similar systems
- A people person who builds great rapport with others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Mentoring/coaching skills
- Great at managing your own time and prioritising
- Able to work both autonomously and as an active team member
- A current, full NZ driver licence.
