We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and engaging Implementation Lead to work for a large fast-growing company in the Private Healthcare sector.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to effectively drive the company’s performance, working across the business and working closely with Operations, Human Resources and Clinical teams to roll out two new technology platforms which are going to go live in the coming few months. The first project is the implementation of a new payroll system followed six months later by a new time and attendance system.

The main task for this implementation lead is to embed the new systems into the organisation and has end to end ownership responsibilities for this.

Key Tasks Include:

- Translating process maps to implementation - Current state vs future state
- Embedding system related requirements into the organisation
- Understanding current processes and taking the organisation into new way of working
- Runs training; develops training resources (leveraging vendor’s training resources)
- Developing change champions in the organisation (train the trainer)
- Ensures clear communications across to the organization
- Understanding data and process mapping, analysis and updates
- Tracking metrics.
- Taking people on the journey and developing effective change plans.

The role is a busy and varied one and we are looking for people who can operate in a high pace environment with a solution-oriented approach who want the opportunity to do good work. Additionally, you will have high attention to detail, strong communication skills and high EQ and have the ability to be hands on.
