**Team Manager - Contact Centre**

Are you an experienced Leader that has the ability to be decisive and remain calm under pressure?
The primary focus of this role is coaching to lift capability and improve outcomes, improve engagement, measure the quality of work, and manage the performance of every team member.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 Collections Registry Officers **or** Debt Officers.
It is a busy role and requires someone who can balance their teams needs with the needs of the business and, most importantly those of our participants.

We're looking for a positive, engaging leader who will naturally have excellent communication and time management skills.
You'll also need:
- Leadership experience in a Contact Centre environment (min 2 years)
- To have the ability to influence change and can have courageous conversations whilst demonstrating resilience.
- The ability to motivate staff
- Excellent problem-solving & organisational skills
- To be able to interpret data from reporting to support coaching conversations.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $83,562 and $107,862 based on skills and experience.
