**Relevant skills and experience required**:

- Strong administrative or PA/EA experience in hands-on positions
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work at pace
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Proactive and positive approach to work with a long-term viewpoint
- Intermediate to Advanced ability in MS Office, plus exposure with MS Teams and SharePoint beneficial
- Experience / confidence in using new systems and tools

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Proactive PA support including calendar, inbox and meeting management
- Recording billable time and monthly invoicing
- Opening new legal matters on the system and completing associated workflow tasks
- Excel reporting to keep lawyers informed on WIP, billings and client requests
- Actively working as the Client Liaison for two major clients
- Recording client activity in the CRM tool
- Travel bookings
- Running on-boarding and induction processes for the Corporate team
- Drafting of documentation and other ad hoc tasks eg. event and CPD support
- Assisting with Partner personal support as required
