**Technical Assistant**
United Gaming Limited is New Zealand’s largest privately owned gaming equipment service provider with branches in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga and Wellington. We service a wide variety of gaming equipment within the pub and club sectors.
We are looking for a new team member to assist with the day-to-day operations of our production department. In this entry-level role you will assist in the testing and quality control of gaming machines being dispatched from our warehouse.
In this role you will be expected to:
- Carry out quality control checks on outgoing equipment
- Work with the Production Team Leader to plan production schedules
- Work with our warehouse team to coordinate stock movement
- Diagnosing and repairing of faulty machines
- Identify and raise any ongoing fault trends
- Assist in other departments within the company when required
- A Team player
- Self-Motivated and enthusiastic
- Organised with the ability to multitask
- Great time management/ able to meet deadlines
- Have the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Attention to detail
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
- An interest in electronics or computers
- Physically fit (moderate heavy lifting)
- Health and Safety conscious
