**The Opportunity**
People Leaders help their team learn and improve, sharing the team’s discoveries for the benefit of the broader organisation. They also look after the health of the team, aiming for resilience and sustainable outcomes. The People Leader is responsible for the supervision, performance management and development of their direct reports, who are members of the team.
As part of the day-to-day responsibilities, this role ensures the delivery of high-quality technical support to Gallagher Security customers, channel partners, and staff. This involves motivating and developing the technical support team, who provide assistance on all Gallagher Security products.
- Demonstrate proven experience in people leadership.
- Experience in customer support would be highly valuable, but not essential.
- High level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and self-awareness.
- Coaching, Mentoring and Facilitation skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication and the ability to adapt communication and approach for different audiences.
