**About The Role.**

NHR Group is currently looking for a dynamic "Leasing Sales Representative" with prior experience in asset finance, leasing consultations, or sales support. This role is responsible for tracking down key sales opportunities, connecting with prospective clients to fulfil their financial and transportation requirements. You will take charge of sales calls and hit the road to meet with customers face-to-face

This is a growth role, where you will be expected to secure new B2B accounts and generate both sales volume and revenue for NHR Group. You will actively manage our sales pipeline, building consistent proposals and supporting existing customers with any issues throughout the duration of their lease. Existing customers will not be forgotten, as you maintain the account and expand their revenue of business.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Identify, pursue, & maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Establish strong relationships and consult with leasing clients.
- Understand customer business models and propose suitable products.
- Extend or renew existing customer contracts prior to expiration.
- Discover new growth opportunities, industries, & products.
- Embrace a cultural of integrity and professionalism.

**Required Job Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role.
- Confidence to engage in sales with executives of all levels.
- Transportation or rental industry experience desired, but not required.
- Previous experience consulting with strategic selling techniques.
- Previous experience showcasing multiple products and services.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Proficient with various computer systems, including Microsoft Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required and work hours necessary.
- Clean Full NZ Driver's License.
