If so, we invite you to become a vital part of a dynamic team as a Sales Representative specialising in providing Māori cultural and educational resources to Early Childhood Providers.

**About the role**

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in spreading awareness of our Māori cultural products and building lasting relationships with educational institutions. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling Māori educational resources to Early Childhood Educators and nurturing connections to upsell and resell products to existing customers.
Located in Manukau City Centre and working across Tāmaki Makaurau, this position reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for both direct sales and closing wholesale deals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and target local Early Childhood Educators to introduce them to the Māori cultural product line and book visits.
- Initiating contact with school administrators, teachers, and decision-makers to understand their educational needs and showcase how the products align with their curriculum.
- Conduct product presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value and significance of the Māori cultural offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales leads, and potential opportunities using the CRM system.
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks and preparing orders for your clients.
- A personable and down to earth nature, with an ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Have a proactive approach and be forward thinking to develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and be comfortable helping the team where needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have New Zealand Drivers licence and own vehicle.
- Speaking fluent te reo Māori is not a requirement of this position. However, demonstrating an appreciation and understanding of Māori culture will be highly advantageous._
