The team at New Zealand Couriers are looking for a positive, enthusiastic leader to join our depot team in our Manukau based South Auckland Branch.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this key position is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our team of 3 staff within the depot.

This is a **Full Time**position with no weekend work

Mon-Fri : 7.30am - 5.00pm (45 Hours per week)

Location: South Auckland Branch, 12 Ha Cres, Wiri, Auckland

Duties include:

- Leading a high-performing team
- Presenting freight for outbound connections correctly and on time
- Ensuring inbound connections are met and visibility on freight in depot
- Health and Safety Compliance
- Maintaining a clean and tidy depot

The ideal applicant will:

- Have previous depot and freight experience
- Be a lateral thinker
- problem
- Be able to manage a diverse range of duties
- Flexible and adaptable
- Be physically fit - Some heavy lifting required (up to 25kg)
- Reliable, Punctual and Honest

All applicants must be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand and undertake pre-employment drug and criminal checks.
