**The details**:Permanent Part-time - 20 Hours per week (0.5 FTE)**We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Paediatric nurse looking to progress into a senior clinical nursing role.**

This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly skilled, dynamic and supportive multi-disciplinary team. The senior leadership team within Child Health see this as a development opportunity to enhance and build on existing skills preparing you for the future. This is a rewarding and dynamic position, which has a significant role in empowering tamariki and their whānau.
- Key responsibilities of the role:
- The role provides specialist nursing care, support and advice, both in hospital, remotely, in the homes of children with chronic and/or complex medical conditions.-
- The Clinical Nurse Specialist also provides specialist nursing information, support and education to a variety of health care professionals to enable the child to be cared for at home.**Click here** to view the position description.**

- Skills and experience you’ll need to be considered for the role:
- Minimum 4 years Paediatric experience-
- Experience caring for children with complex chronic health needs-
- NZ driving license-
- Proven leadership skills-
- Expert communication skills-
