Are you an experienced surgical nurse with a knowledge and understanding of the elective surgery pathway, interested in expanding your knowledge and skills in this area?
- We have opportunities for an experienced RN to join the Surgical Resource team as a Speciality Clinical Nurse. You will be as part of a senior nursing team, working within the multidisciplinary team to support the Patients journey for planned elective surgery the current portfolios would include general surgery and ENT. This role requires excellent communication and negotiating skills and the ability to work within the team to achieve optimal outcomes for patients and their whanau.

Mōu | About you
Skills and experience you'll need to be considered for the role:
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years' experience within a surgical speciality, ideally a knowledge of the elective surgical pathway surgery
- A current practicing certificate
- Completed a Professional Development and Recognition Programme
- Post graduate qualification or working towards
- A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently
- Adaptability, flexibility and agility
