Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Due to an internal move we have an opportunity to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you'll be focused on developing, implementing and managing commercially & environmentally sustainable supply chains for our customers and internal stakeholders.
What this really means is you'll be working on a mix of operational BAU work as well as getting involved in projects. Our supply chain has a real mix of some simple straightforward elements, but the nature of the beast also means there are some complex elements to really get you thinking and being challenged.
From a BAU and project perspective, there's systems integrations to learn, support and develop, both internally and with our third-party partners. You'll also get the chance to provide feedback and make changes, so we can improve outcomes for both our customers and the business.
DIFOT is important in the supply chain. This role is essential in forecasting, planning and managing outcomes that exceed customers' expectations.
You'll partner with your teammates, internal stakeholders including our IT and Product Teams along with external third parties and our customers to ensure that everything flows freely and we DIFOT.
Mōu - About you
You might be in a planning, analytical role ready for your next challenge or you might be in a Supply Chain Specialist role already and wanting to broaden your scope and bring your expertise to a different environment. Either way you'll be experienced in planning product supply, managing relationships, reporting, analysis, and systems.

**You'll couple this with**:

- Working knowledge using large complex ERP systems like PeopleSoft or SAP
- Experience with systems integrations and getting the best out of MS365
- A strong collaborative and customer centric approach
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with people at all levels in an easy manner
- The ability to work independently, problem solve and prioritise
