**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
You’ll be responsible for:
- Creating content plans, wireframes and message hierarchies to support objectives and deliver the right content at the right time.
- Actively seeking out content opportunities to optimise and improve the customer experience.
- Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of your content.
- Optimising content based on research, analytics, customer insights and A/B test results.
- Writing task-focussed content that follows tone of voice and style guidelines.
- Collaborating with designers, product owners and developers to design the best solutions for customers.
- Advocating for content across the wider business.
