Ozone Coffee Roasters are looking for a seasoned coffee professional to join our Customer Relationships team as a Barista Trainer | Account Manager, looking after our Auckland and Upper North Island customers.

As a company, we have Roastery's in New Plymouth, Auckland, London and Stafford (UK).
Your role will be looking after new and existing wholesale clients across Auckland, Coromandel and Northland.

This is a fast paced, diverse and fun role
You will want to enjoy working autonomously as well as within a team environment on a daily basis.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for supporting our wholesale customers, training café baristas and contributing to the on-going growth of Ozone Coffee Roasters.
You’ll benefit from an innovative, fresh-thinking and growing company with a fantastic brand and reputation in New Zealand and internationally.

You’ll be a vital part of our team and ongoing growth strategy.

**Does this sound like a bit of you?**
- Confident and personable with a strong ability to initiate, nurture and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Enjoy teaching and nurturing new and experienced coffee professionals
- Have excellent customer management experience within coffee or hospitality industry (preferred)
- Passionate about coffee, the hospitality industry and keen to support our customers to grow a profitable and sustainable coffee business
- Strong initiative, motivation and self-management skills.
- Able to communicate orally and in writing with a diverse range of people.
- Proven barista skills and basic technical knowledge of espresso machines and equipment
- At least three years’ experience in the hospitality industry including senior level barista experience and customer service / sales skills
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout New Zealand (with a full driver’s license) as required to meet customer training and account management expectations of our customers

Ideally this role will be Auckland based but we are happy to consider another home base for the right person.
