**About the role**:
We are looking for Inbound Sales Representatives to join our award winning Residential Sales Team in Hamilton or Auckland. This role will mainly respond to our customers who call Genesis for their needs.

This is a full-time or part-time permanent role. The team is available between 8am and 7pm Monday - Friday and Saturday from 9am to 3pm

We are looking to fill positions in our 10am - 7pm during the week which includes a rotating Saturday shift.

So if you enjoy a regular sleep in with a rostered day off during the week to get those bits and bobs done, then this role is for you

If you're looking for part-time work, you'd need to be available for Full-time training Monday - Friday for 4 weeks, and ideally be available for a minimum 20 hours per week once training is completed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Convert calls from existing and new customers into sales
- Identify and maximise up-selling opportunities to existing clients
- Meet hourly, daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, as well as other set KPIs & other performance metrics

**About you**:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will be hungry to achieve targets and reap the financial rewards.
- Target-driven sales experience in a face-to-face, phone-based or chat environment
- A passion for sales and customer service skills
- Can-do attitude with the resilience to just keep making sales after a rejection
- Speedy typing abilities and the ability to pick up new systems
