You're already an experienced customer services supervisor, and you're ready to take on a new role with our client operations team at Fliway. We're one of the largest fully integrated logistics providers operating in New Zealand, offering our customers solutions from international freight to warehousing and domestic delivery to both businesses and homes.
You also like the fact that we pay competitively, offer scope for advancement, and we're located close to Auckland airport with parking, meaning this Monday to Friday role, with weekend work as rostered is perfect for you.
**The What and Who...**
Reporting to the Client Operations Manager, you'll be providing the day to day dedicated operational support to develop a pro-active relationship with nominated Key Customer Accounts. You'll have a clear understanding of the business needs and goals for these customer accounts while supporting the team to ensure reports are done on time and KPI's are within our customer's contractual requirements.
You'll be continually managing and reviewing internal and external processes associated with service delivery of both the company and the customers to maximise opportunities for service enhancement and improvement. You'll be meeting on a regular basis with the nominated clients to discuss service provision, promote and develop further opportunities for business growth, service expansion and improvement. You'll be auditing the operations compliance based on the SLA, and ensure the team members are well trained and delivering based on the SLA as well.
Previous working knowledge of a customer service role or key account support role within transport, freight or logistics sectors will definitely be a bonus. But the core requirements of this role mean that you've got awesome attention to detail, a great customer style, strong communication skills and you thrive when delivering under pressure.
Ultimately you never lose sight of the customer experience and you take pride in ensuring we deliver our promise.
We are looking for someone with a bright personality who has the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders in the position.
