**About this Role**

This position is based in our office in Newmarket, Auckland, hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, with the possibility of some flexibility on start and finish times.

Onceit is a New Zealand grown online fashion and lifestyle retailers. We source and sell premium products across a range of categories including apparel, homeware, furniture, kids, accessories & beauty from local and international brands through our successful website and app. From humble beginnings, we've grown into a business serving over 700,000 delighted members throughout NZ and Australia.

**What you will do for us**:

- Ensure campaign submissions are uploaded to the website, always meeting critical calendar timelines and quality checklists. This requires good time management and speed.
- Review quality checklist for each sale including; pricing accuracy, size guides, categories, merchandising product images. This requires great attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Source images and why pay values as required.
- Manage collection of product information, images & samples from suppliers.
- Manage and maintain purchase order information ensuring all relevant documentation have been provided and timelines are meet.
- Working together with your allocated buyers to build respectful relationship with suppliers.

- A good understanding of fashion constructions and buying technical terms.
- Retail pricing and margin experience/knowledge is an advantage.
- Understand the expectations of the online shopper and what a good product page should look like.
- Ability to identify & prioritise tasks based on commercial outcomes (ideally previous knowledge of e-commerce merchandising).
- Confidence in web admin and fast computer navigation.
- Good Mac skills.
- Microsoft Excel experience at a high level.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and cope with high workload times, we have mid-day and weekend deadlines.
- Ability to maintain attention to task and with attention to detail.
- Excellent command of the English language and ability to communicate with suppliers with respect and good written prose.
- Well-presented and well-spoken with ability to present Onceit to the supplier business owner or representative.
- Ability and confidence to build respectful relationships with suppliers with rigorous follows as required.
