**The role**:

- In this administration role working as a coordinator you will work closely with Customers, Account Managers and AFT Team Leader to improve branch profitably through increased sales, efficient planning, developing, and nurturing excellent customer and internal relationships. As the first point of contact you will keep our customers and Account Managers up to date with current workload and jobs being produced. Ensuring all information required has been gathered and is accurate.
- Own the Manufacturing coordinator process, continually work on improving the process to benefit AFT & Customer.

**This role is Full time permanent role offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Flexibility around hours worked.**

**About you**:

- We’re looking for someone with customer service and administration experience. You will need strong communication skills both verbal and written and a high standard of customer service. Mandarin speaking would be preferred, however not essential for this role.
- Able to prioritize demands and work at a constant pace to meet agreed standards, developing a course of action. You will be able to work under pressure and organise your time and environment for maximum efficiency. You will need to be computer literate and know your way around a computer. Full training will be given on our in-house computer systems, so you will need to be a keen learner. You would also have good attention to detail and enjoy working in a small close-knit team.
