**Quality Assurance and Client support specialist**

As a Quality Assurance and Client Support Specialist at Talegent, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ experience while testing our newest products You’ll need to bring experience from client facing roles, along with basic technical knowledge to support testing and proofing product prototypes. Being the point of contact for client matters, this is a social role where you’ll get to draw on and develop your customer service skills, while building your experience in product development.

**About the Job**:
QA Processes & Practice
- Maintain and improve documented processes for Quality Assurance (SOPs)
- Keep abreast of industry best practice in QA and implement where applicable
- Monthly reporting to CEO on Testing activity, Defects found in QA and Defects found in production post-release
- Weekly reporting of tests executed and outcome

Test Planning & Execution
- Work with developers to understand the scope and risk impact of new releases.
- Create test plans to ensure new functionality is fit for use and risk is mitigated.
- Execute test plans. Log defects for resolution. Track defects through to resolution.
- Provide go-ahead for migrating releases through to staging & production.
- Pre-production litmus testing in staging
- Creation & maintenance of automated test scripts for regression

Client Support Coordination
- Manage the assignment and resolution of customer service requests
- Resolve customer service requests where possible
- Measure performance of customer service request handling
- Maintain documented customer service procedures
- Work with helpdesk provider to ensure all agents taking calls are skilled and trained
- Maintain documented helpdesk procedures

**About you**:
Key experience:

- Customer service experience preferred with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Some technical capability, ideally in Databases & SQL, HTML and Automated Testing
