**About the role**:
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and upholding standards of quality around internal processes and procedures. You will ensure that internal policies are strictly adhered to by insurance teams, in line with market regulation and legislation. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and business leaders to provide effective training and feedback to insurance teams in line with industry quality standards.
**Responsibilities of the role**:
- Conduct audits on insurance practice and provide feedback to business units and internal teams.
- Implement process improvement strategies through synergistic cooperation with other business units and executive leadership.
- Facilitate training and development sessions with internal insurance teams to streamline and improve processes.
- Interpret and collate responses from external surveys and conduct internal audits to drive improvements around company procedures.
- Maintain an open dialogue with all areas of the business around new change and developments to internal processes.
- Instil and uphold an improvement-driven culture through education around mitigation of risk in insurance.
**About you**:
- Demonstrated experience within a general insurance environment essential.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry within a quality assurance capacity.
- Financial literacy as well as the ability to financially forecast and plan a budget to mitigate exorbitant practices.
- Adaptable written and verbal communication skills.
