The role

Due to an internal move we are now looking for our next Functional Leader for one of our Cooking teams. This is a key role in our business, where you’ll lead our specialist team in connecting the product engineering to premium customer experiences and outcomes. We need someone who demonstrates passion for leading and coaching a great, diverse team and delivering exceptional product performance for our customers.

The person

Ideally, you already have some experience in a leadership role and you inherently understand both strengths and gaps in team members' abilities, developing individuals with regular, focused coaching. Your leadership style is superb, you lead by influence, you listen and understand challenges and then you lead others to successful outcomes.

It's evident that you are pro-active, you have a hands-on approach and the ability to work and communicate effectively, both within your team and across the organisation. You’re already known for your excellence in product development and you know how to ask the right questions and to get the best out of working with others. It goes without saying that representing the customer is imperative.
